Junk Band

This is musical instrument making for kids and big kids from things that might usually get thrown away such as plastic bottles, yoghurt cartons and old pots and pans. Recycle your rubbish and have fun making music with it! Great for families – children must be accompanied by an adult. Allow some time before booking, as a list of things you’ll need to collect and bring along will be supplied when you book.

Instruments from Natural Materials

Using found objects such as pine cones, shells, stones, beech nuts and the like, these sessions help children make connections with the natural world and have fun in the process. Great for families, schools and organisations. As with Junk Band above, allow enough time to collect things before you book. Some materials will be provided depending on the time of year, but you’ll also need to be out collecting before the session – this can be fun in itself! Ideas for what to bring will be given before you come.
